Drone Technology

Sparking curiosity, particularly underrepresented groups toward careers in small Unmanned Aircraft Vehicle (sUAV)-related industries like real estate, public safety, filmmaking, agriculture, and telecommunications.

DRONE CHALLENGE

This hands-on program empowers high school students to explore the exciting world of engineering by combining 3D printing, mechanical design, electronics, and programming. Working in teams, students receive a standardized kit, including essential electronics, basic 3D files, and starter code to build, test, and refine their own quadcopter. Through problem-solving, collaboration, and iterative design, participants gain valuable STEM skills while bringing their aerial innovations to life.

Drone Camps

These drone camps re-engage students, especially those disconnected from traditional learning, by building technical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills through hands-on activities. The program fosters teamwork, communication, and strong mentor relationships. Beyond skill-building, it prepares middle school students for high school, careers, and industry certifications through real-world experiences that promote resilience and help break cycles of poverty.
