"Tournaments and league events"
Robotics provides a hands-on experience for students from grades 4th-12th. It is an activity that exposes students to many STEM related careers such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and Computer Engineering. But it also develops soft skills in students such as Team Work, Collaboration, Communication, Critical Thinking, Communication, and Perseverance.
South Bay Pumpkin Smash
"Game of Throws"
Annual event where teams of students grades 3rd through 12th participate. Their aim... to win honor and prizes by hurtling leftover Halloween pumpkins with both accuracy and distance using school and Medieval-style technology (mechanical devices).

"Drone Challenge"
In basic terms, a drone is a flying robot that can be remotely controlled or fly autonomously. This program combines many STEM fields such as 3D printing, mechanical, electrical, programing, and understanding of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) also known as drones.
Teams of students design, assemble, and fly drones to complete a series of events in a challenge.
